Round 1: Corvo can't use Bend Time, neither can use Possession.

Round 2: All powers for both.

In character, all tools and equipment, no prior knowledge or prep time. Who wins?

1st round: Booker Bookers weapons are too strong for corvo to handle and the huge range bonus booker has Really just clenches it

2nd round: Corvo Stop Time cut off bookers head

Honestly the second one could go either way depending if Booker hits Corvo with something like the Possesion vigor first or if Corvo bends time first

This fight, in both instances, is entirely circumstantial and heavily dependent upon the environment in which this fight would take place. Other mitigating factors include what weapons Booker has handy and what gear Corvo is outfitted with.

Whether it's arena-style combat, or both characters start off on different sides of a map with the sole purpose of eliminating the other, it really depends on who can get the drop on who first. If it's arena-style, it could go either way--it depends on how each character evaluates the threat before him, not knowing anything about the other. If it's a deathmatch on a map, Corvo is able to see adversaries through obstacles and may also move in complete silence--that alone is enough of an advantage over Booker to take him by surprise and assassinate him.
