Cookie Runs Plot Manip and Who gets It

This CRT will be made in order to explain the Plot Manip within Cookie Run and who gets it:

King Doughnut Ball: By far the most obvious Plot Manip, his powers were able to turn Cookie Run into Doughnut Run, affecting the entire cast being turned into doughnut balls, the background, and even the Executive Producer. This video explains the extent of his Plot Manip, as far as changing the Game Mechanics to instead of a Cookie Running to a Doughnut Running. He is capable of altering the Plot for the aforementioned reasons.

Moonlight Cookie: One of the dreams that Moonlight Cookie powers using her magic, is the Nature of Existence, where existence is rendered as a game, and the plot is created, giving life to stories. This gives her Plot Manip to the extent where she is capable of creating and altering it as provided by the reasons mentioned previously.

Timekeeper Cookie: As seen in the Wish Festival (20:53-21:05), Timekeeper used her Time Manipulation in order to affect The Player. (As in the Player who plays the game) From this, she should have Plot Manip.

Sugar Swan: Due to Sugar Swan giving Moonlight Cookie her powers, with Moonlight Cookie being a small aspect of Nature, while Sugar Swan represents its entirety, she should have Plot Manip as the World of Dreams is possible due to her Guardian Powers, with Nature also being superior to the World of Dreams as established in the current cosmology blog. Additionally, Sugar Swan was the only Cookie unaffected by King Doughnut Ball's Plot Manipulation, thus giving her Plot Manipulation and Resistance to Plot Manipulation.
