so, from what i understand the cortex bakers can dream cookies, and their reality warping/creation like power arent bound by space nor time, on top of that reality/what exists is arbitraty for them reinforcing dimensions being 'inconsequential', so wouldnt this scale the cortex baker to Low 1-A ? or at least with hax

im pretty sure this is at least BDE type 1 as the existence of the realm is not dependant on dimensions ?
