Makima never starts with BFR, and has no reason to go straight for BFR, and that's her only way of winning this fight. She would first need to get through Priscilla's damage redirection, then she would need to attack her, realize she wasn't doing any damage via her bang attack, then start trying to make a sacrifice to send Priscilla to hell, which also wouldn't be instant and would need Makima to still have her subjects chained to her and alive. Then, if she could do it, then she would be able to banish Priscilla to hell.
Even then, Priscilla has already been shown to be able to escape from other dimensions by simply ripping a way out through the use of the Yang Sword, so would that even work? I don't think so. I haven't got to that point yet, so as I myself cannot confirm it, I won't make this my main argument. But EVEN in that case, Priscilla is able to instantly kill a multitude of people in a hundred of meters, so Priscilla would also be able to scorch every single person Makima had at her side at that moment, making it so she couldn't use any contracts without sacrificing herself in exchange.
Priscilla has a way easier achievable win condition, since all it takes for her to win is a simple sword slash. Re:Zero skillslop makes it so she is able to dodge Makima chains and even block them via Yang Sword, since she already blocked another durability negation attack through Yang Sword.
