Continuing “Should Goddess Magic be Lightspeed”

This thread is basically a continuation of my other thread that got accepted. In this thread I am trying to propose the best possible way to implement this into the profiles.

For starters I believe every Goddess member should have “Speed of Light” rating but for attack speed only via Ark, as it’s a Physiology based ability but if that is way to contentious, we could go with Nerobasta being the baseline for Goddesses clan members receiving a Speed of light attack speed rating.

Also there’s several variations of Ark incorporated into the Goddesses arsenal. So I’m proposing the Ark ball and the beams(already accepted) be considered Lightspeed. I believe Ark ball depicted here should be considered as SOL attack speed as it’s stated in the scan as it utilizes light particles.

Pardon the lack of scans I just wrote all this in one sitting and will probably add on to this later on but I would appreciate your inputs.

I can understand the beams, but the Ark ball there looks like it is just created over the demons and it isn't moving with any noticeable speed. Something simply consisting of light particles doesn't mean it is lightspeed; if a Light Manipulation user manipulates light into forming a light sword, it doesn't mean the sword is inherently lightspeed.

Now I can only remember the Supreme Divinity, Ludociel, Tarmiel, I think in the movie all the goddesses used it

Edit: However, I think the light of the gods in the movie would not qualify.

That looks a lot more like creating a construct than firing it off as a beam, especially going by how it starts on the first page.

Over time, I now disagree with this. Only Mael should have the speed of light because his attacks are said to be light, move in a straight line, and reflect off metal.

Uh no, Random No named Goddesses have access to Lightbeams and portrayed to be moving in a straight line

The Ark isn't made of light particles, so whether it's a beam or not doesn't make much difference.

The Ark only shoots particles of light at what's inside it, you don't need to be made of light to shoot particles of light.

The magic type page Is pretty clear

• Destruction type - Magic that directly attacks the target with natural forces like thunder or flame, or a non-natural dark force.
• Enchantment type - Unlike the Destruction type, it bestows a natural force, like a thunder or a flame, or a non-natural force to a tool or a weapon.

It’s not necessarily 10x basic enchantments can use natural elements the only non natural element is darkness.

Therefore any other enchantment is considered « natural element » light included.
