Character X is able to manipulate a part of the Concept of Slow which makes him able to compress, slow and freeze space. Concept of Fast to blur, distort, fold, congeal space and able to simultaneously slash from more directions. While if he combines them he can manipulate the Concept of Velocity to increase his speed and creates a dimensional attack that slice through space, dimension, and reality.
It won't affect the Concept of Fast/Slow/Velocity for the whole Universe/Verse but it just let him do these feats. I know it would more likely fall in Spatial Manipulation. But I'm curious if it also gives him limited Conceptual Manipulation and if yes which one?
