Well I didn't know you where talking about time, and creating death and creating time are different.

Creating death when it did not exist previously would apply sed death to everything within its range of influence, adding an "End" to things that originally didn't have one, and everything born after its creation would be affected the same way. This is conceptual manipulation if it's described as such.
