Concepts Type 1 and Their Creation

Can a concept be Type 1 but still have a point of origin/creation in Time. 3 random easy but distinct example

The Big Bang creating a concept.

A creator God born after the Big Bang creating a concept

A creator God BEFORE the big bang creating a concept.

(Assume they all have properties of Type 1 concepts for the sake of overall question being asked lol)

It's a little difficult, but it can be. In such cases the verses say that concepts are superior or transcendent to reality, but basically this is not type 1, for a type 1 concept requires independence in their nature. Just because the concept is transcendent doesn't mean it's type 1, but to answer the question, yes. There is still a chance that it could be type 1
