Concept VS Abstraction

According to the Abstract Existence page, an abstraction is defined as an immaterial embodiment of a fundamental concept, and those that simply represent a concept do not qualify.

However, even after multiple readings, I could never fully understand the difference between a concept and an abstraction under this logic.

If anyone here has an answer, I'd be happy to hear it.

Pretty sure they're the same, except that Abstract Existence refers to a character rather than just a normal concept.

So pretty much:

Conceptual Existence: Character represents/embodies a concept

Abstract Existence: Character simply is a concept

Is this right?
