Compressing stuff into balls

So, this quite simple I happen to come across this feat:

To explain what happened (because its in Spanish) Aurora created a meteor of 5 meters in diameter now the thing is this meteor was made with a house and an armored truck. She compressed both a fuse them into a ball. So here is the question what would compressing a house or a car (or both in this case) into a ball would give? (Also the beginning it shows the house that she compressed)
