The Bleach character is merged with the enviroment, Azashiro's Zanpakuto let him become one with the entire Soul Society itself, love to see how a OP character does anything about that.

Lastly, OP said it's Shinigami which means no Soul King etc, problem is, Soul King is a Shinigami, he's every race.

To correct myself earlier, Azashiro doesn't merge with the universe, he merged with Seireitei becoming everything, space (as in dimensional space, not outer space), the ground everything, no idea why I said Soul Society.

He is intangible and basically has nigh-omnipresence as in he knows everything that goes on and can attack from anywhere etc

Well, how big is the seireitei anyways? Also, shouldnt hancock and law also give problems? Haki should be able to affect souls

Seireitei is accepted as 1018 KM in diameter iirc.

Depends on the romantic interests and genders of the comps, I believe. But Ichibe also concept manipulates, so not really.
