If speed is equalized, this depends on Edward's durability.

Composite Human basically has lower attack potency than Edward's durability.
Meanwhile, Edward has higher attack potency than Composite Human's durability.
If we assume that Composite Human can dodge all or most of Edward's attacks and successfully hits him close to 90% of the time, then Composite Human wins. If we are assuming that Composite Human is hit by Edward more times than they hit Edward, Composite Human loses.
And even if they land an equal number of hits on each other, Composite Human still loses.
