Tsukasa blitzes
Tsukasa is superhuman. The CH has subsonic reactions and has super sonic attack speeds due to having guns here. If anyone is blitzing it's the Composite Human.

Edit: Op equalize speed or else this is a stomp.

Also ignoring speed Tsukasa ap scales to something that usually gets 9-B+ Results at least, so he stomps anyways this should be closed.

Tsukasa is going to be subsonic soon.
How far into subsonic? Also you can't say he blitz until that actually gets added to the profile.

I mean he stomps here anyways because fragmenting a stone statue the size of a human is extremely close to tier 9-A and tier 9-B's top and bottom ends are thousands of times about from each other; but speed doesn't seem to be the reason why Tsukasa would win.

I don't recall him ever destroying all of one.
