Composite and Combined Human, do their knowledge on fiction affect their vs fights?

Well I've been wondering this because these two humans know absolutely everything there is to know about the real world, which of course includes fictional stories. So let's say either is put to fight another character on this wiki, well in that case either would have full knowledge about that character naturally, including what the character knows due to composite/combined knowing what the creator of the character knows.

So my question is whether composite/combined Human knowledge applicable in this sense?

Usually but considering how these two characters know everything about fiction and their opponents are a part of fiction, wouldn't they be exception?

If the Combined or Composite human are able to fight these characters, then they can't be fictional in terms of the world they are fighting in. Because of this, I'd prefer it if he wasn't given knowledge of his opponent, but it'd probably be up to the creator of the thread to make that call.
