Combat Speed​

The speed at which a character can fight.

Travel Speed​

The speed at which a character or object can move by running, or through similar means that do not involve flight or teleportation.

If a character is able to travel through an entire galaxy in a panel would that feat be attributed to said character’s travel or combat speed?

Depends on how said character travels.

If it's by flight, then you'd need to prove or show they can fight in mid-flight.

If it's by running tho, they just scale overall.
