Cole vs. Thor

He can also survive his own attacks that are based on kinetic energy, like his rockets and grenades. Also he literally releases shockwaves of kinetic energy from his hands, so by using Newton's third law blah blah blah.

He can also injure people who've withstood his attacks with his punches, kicks, headbutts, attacks from the Amp etc.

So, inFAMOUS should be fine
 
Cole fra, also he can melee enemies who survive his lightning for damage, while also taking hits from people comparable to him. His physical stats should be fine.

You and me both buddy. ...now I'm tempted to make Loki vs. Kessler. Is that fair? Loki is kind of frail compared to him.
 
I mean, I'm pretty sure Loki gets rekt considering AP and Mindhax Phantasm Spam.
