RFB is not going to work in Dusknoir, the vast majority of ghost-type pokémon are born from the spirits of deceased pokemon and humans (the reason why ghost-type pokemon appears above all in cemeteries), many of them even come from the Spirit World, another plane of existence where dead human and pokémon spirits reside. Dusknoir himself is a natural resident of this dimension, therefore it is not a "living being", is basically a literal ghost.
