let say theres concept of blue that will still existed even if u destroy all blue n if u destroyed the concept, the blue will still exist.

If it has no showing of acting like a proper concept then it doesn't qualify as concept as per our standards. So none probably.

It is like saying the concept not govern the object it self

Like the concept and the object are not interwined with each other. The concept not govern object and the object not being govern by concept, so the concept not govern anything

This more like CM 2, but cannot do anything, so useless
