In One piece Chapter 1109 Luffy was shown to create clones of himself while using gear 5, because of this I think the Duplication ability should be added to his page.

These are likely just afterimages, similar to him dodging Lucci.

That was only his head connected to his neck and we saw him actually move his head out of the way of Lucci’s attacks, in this case the multiple Luffy’s are all a distance away from each other, I think it’s unlikely that it’s afterimages

No, this is just showing Luffy's movements as he dodges the attacks. Why do you think we only see these "clones" when Luffy is actively dodging? And not when he's standing still or in subsequent scenes?

Clearly Luffy is using his existence erasure powers to make them disappear whenever he's standing still and they use their low godly regen to come back when he's dodging
