After reading Origin's profile, it sounds like this:

Martial Arts:

Origin clearly has more knowledge here (he seems to know all possible martial arts in existence), but Cid has much better practical application.

Origin's most impressive feats in his skill section are: Dodging attacks from two coordinated opponents who attacked him from different angles. Cid has this, but much better; he constantly aim-dodged the attacks of a danmaku created by three opponents, with attacks coming from all directions, all this with enormous speed disadvantage, as he was walking, and those attacks were stated above Mach 1.

Origin also apparently could cut someone with piercing damage resistance by going for some weaker spots with high precision. Cid, on the other hand, can cut things to the point they disappear and move his sword to avoid hitting raindrops in a storm.

I also want to point out that this, where Origin pulls out virtually impossible movements, is nothing new in The Eminence in Shadow, and people who get do-walked by Cid can do "impossible movements."

Cid also has instinctive Action, which Origin completely lacks, tho he compensates with much higher Cognitive Power.

Information Analysis & Analytical Prediction:

Origin can calculate all possible movements of the opponent after analyzing them for 0,5 s to later be untouchable by them.I would say Cid edges out here as well, not only for the feat I showed above, where he was basically mind-reading an entire danmaku, but also because of his fight against Aurora, which was a battle of prediction, where both were adjusting their own movements and predictions to overcome one another's. And Cid managed to aim-dodge her first attack even with virtually no prior knowledge of her, and the fight had yet to start.

I think Cid can deduce attacks with much less information. As the fight goes on, even if it takes longer than Origin (depending on the opponent), Cid develops much better Analytical Prediction.

In short, Origin has much more overall knowledge and calculation power, but Cid edges out by a good margin in practical application of everything. So I give this to Cid low diffs.

I can go more in-depth with Accelerated Development and Resistances, in which Cid edges out anyway, but for now, I think this is enough.

That would honestly be an assumption but he factually doesn't come close in any form of martial arts. Origin knows everything from application, to advancement of a technique, to applying it perfectly when needed. That far better practical application

This isn't more impressive honestly i would say it's more subjective to what you prefer but more impressive? I disagree

Based on Cid's precision feats his feats a re childsplay in comparison. Origin can block hundreds of bullets with the top of a sword in seconds. That feat alone out scales all Cid's precision feats

Him doing it too doesn't mean he is superior. Anything they both do, origin is viewed as superior because he has the better AD and can do movements that "organic beings" can't replicate. Cid is an organic being.

Instinctive Action is nullified with analytical prediction, especially in equal stats and even if he used amps he is still slower so it wouldn't matter, so this is a moot point

Origin has done far more than predict danmaku as he did a danmaku prediction feat early in the series

Cid Analytical Prediction isn't even as detailed or layered as Origin's so IDK where you got he develops better anpr, that would also be Origin's bread and butter as he is doing this the moment he see's Cid. His brain is already calculating outcomes of the fight mid fight. Cid wouldn't be able to fight at the same time he is predicting outcomes. Original doesn't just predict attacks, he predicts entire fights until he finds a path to victory and if he doesn't have one, his brainpower increases until he figures it out. And he has the better stamina so Cid wont outlast him. A human doesn't have better stamina than a machine.

You basically missed everything and mischaracterized how he fights entirely by downplaying categories he is very clearly superior to Cid while saying he is inferior when the categories say the opposite of that

I don't really feel like replying to this tone, and some arguments are... questionable.

I'll just say that his cutting the bullets is done via speed, not prediction; he genuinely says he has high perception speed in the same scans you sent.

To counter the same in precision, just to make it simpler for me, I'll just send Cid cutting only the first layer of the skin and stopping, which is around 0,09 mm, clearly smaller than any bullet we have.

That said, unfollowing. Don't feel like this is going anywhere productive.

I will vote Cid FRA, he pretty much outclasses origin's movesets
