Atomic Samurai's only on par H7-A with his Sun Blade. Moreover, he has very little stamina and can't use the Sun Blade for long. He has to attack multiple times to destroy Homeless Emperor's energy sphere. In addition, his durability is only at the Low7-B level. Therefore, he is not a fully high 7-A character.

So Kamikaze physically outstats Cid, except for I AM ATOMIC, while Kamikaze's Sun Blade is also High 7-A.

Cid (currently) is faster, but Kamikaze's attack speed and Sun Blade is around the same level, though honestly if 10 year old Cid is 0.077 c, and Cid gets passively stronger, i think he is probably faster regardless.

Kamikaze's skill compared to Cid is.... Yea Cid outskills hard, i mean just standing there Kamikaze will halluciante being killed, he will also just staring at Kamikaze know he has no chance in a physical encounter and go for I AM ATOMIC, with the slight speed advantage i think he can take this.

Though lets say that speed is negligible, could Kamikaze use the Sun blade to cut through I AM ATOMIC? And if that's the case Cid is so skilled, Kamikaze will not be landing anything on him, so at best inconclusive.
