I just kept it there, maybe it should be removed since the evidence for it is fairly indirect at best

Psychic Moan makes you weaker to psychic damage and lowers your will saves (Basically resistance) so idk how it ain't thatI didn't understood the statistic reduction part, and I don't think that'' higher via Combat Reflexes and Improved Initiative'' is a justificative to have higher speed, it is just acrobatics/instinctive reaction, not speed
Why?Also no not really, both have been used as a reason to give higher on other D&D pages without a bat of an eye, heck II is basically being better at moving first so
Initative is when you move, considering the latter would make you on average move before the target it'd count as you being fasterWhy?
I don't really get how they'd be considered Instinctive Reaction or Acrobatics, tbf. If you have some justification of them being that, like actual proof, the abilities would be cool. But initiative is just how quickly one moves compared to others around you (though I've never considered it an example of amplified speed myself, I think Tllm's interpretation of it is uncontroversial).I didn't understood the statistic reduction part, and I don't think that'' higher via Combat Reflexes and Improved Initiative'' is a justificative to have higher speed, it is just acrobatics/instinctive reaction, not speed
honestly, im going with their explanations that i found in internetI don't really get how they'd be considered Instinctive Reaction or Acrobatics, tbf. Both are simply referring to an enhanced reaction speed, I wouldn't call it "instinctive" based on the text.honestly, im going with their explanations that i found in internet

while improved initiative looks like higher reaction speed according to the description, the combat reflexes just looks like some combat experience or something ''You can respond quickly and repeatedly to opponents who let their defenses down.''
the combat one just talks about reflex, which isnt really speed, but more like talent in the combat, it is just like ''skilled combatent feat'' or something like that, but the initiative one looks like a Higher reaction stuffBoth are simply referring to an enhanced reaction speed, I wouldn't call it "instinctive" based on the text.
