So, I know that the page was deleted a long time ago when this Site started taking itself seriously, but if I were to research every single official fact book, and make a page based off of the feats within, would that be okay? It's a project I probably won't be able to do for a long time, but I'd like to ask ahead of time.

For example, I'd put him at 3-A, since the Big Bang was calculated to be 1 CNRK, or one Chuck Norris roundhouse kick And then we can do Chuck Norris vs Goku

No, that would be a joke profile. At best you can take feats from Walker Texas Ranger and his other appearances and make a composite profile from that but thats about it.
