Christine, wanting to kill, sees Morty and revs up, preparing to ram him. Coincidentally, Morty transforms into a car, and with his headlights is able to see Christine coming.

No need for equalized speed.

Battle is in an empty Wal-Mart parking lot. Each starting on opposite ends.

Christine can literally just buff out whatever damage she takes from Morty in this fight thanks to her Regenerationn, and unlike Morty, even her movie version has a feat of actually messing up another car. (IIRC)

She tanked a gas station explosion and drove out while on fire like it was nothing, so the edge in "pain" tolerance definitely goes to her as well. And from what I remember, being run over by a construction vehicle didn't work to put her down either.

Meanwhile, if Morty takes any sort of notable damage while in his car form, it's...probably going to stick.
