Does Isabel have flipflop or eightfold in this match?

Speed doesn't need to be equalized.

She has her book for one half of the story, giving her paper powers through eightfold, and has her umbrella for the second half, which gives her the ability to flip stuff. Never both at the same time.

Alright, second question

Would Chiya be effected by spiritual energy attacks (Basically, has she ever interacted with spirits and the like, is part spirit, summons spirits/ghosts, etc)?

Well, she can see the gods of the Labyrinth Town, which are invisible to everyone else.

There's also Kurou who might be a spirit, might be one of those gods, might be just a summon, the series hasn't delved too deep into what exactly he is yet.

So would it be fair to say spirtual energy would have an effect on her? In Paranatural, spectral energy doesn't have any effect on people who aren't spectrals (people who can interact with ghosts/spirits) or ghosts/spirits themselves.

So Isabel can probably use her spectral energy attacks, which are sort of her bread and butter. Forcefields, energy constructs, and swarming the battlefield with paper should help Isabel a lot here.

That said I doubt it's enough to cover the AP gap and she doesn't tend to enter spirit trance in combat much in character.

Chiya is a bit of a pacifist so she'll likely try avoiding combat at first and talking her down instead. She also doesn't usually summon Kurou unless she's overwhelmed.

Of course she's also got more going for her than the AP advantage. She's incredibly nimble, and with the amount of trees in Central Park she'll be able to use the environment to her advantage in that regard. And if/when she does finally summon Kurou she can properly analyze the situation.

Enough to make trying to go for close-range combat a terrible idea.

So if she sticks to leaping through trees she should be safe.

Or she can simply have Kurou swallow her then push its way through the paper until it gets close to Isabel-- that's where its Pseudo-Forcefield comes from.

Isabel projects her own forcefields and can grapple Kurou with chains and paper, throwing them around.
