Goku was holding back against Chi-Chi, he didn't want to hurt her and he still defeated her effortlessly. Chi-Chi can't be scaled from Goku at all. And to put it into perspective low-mid Regenerationn is Piccolo level. Also I can't remember, what exactly was the statement that gives Chi-Chi her current stats?

haha, well, a fight can go into either direction if the enemys arent worlds apart from each other... but in this case i would give it still to tsunade, she should be able to fight even with a arm lost and it could maybe even grow together with her bodyAnimeFanboy2916 said:

Chi-chi made it to the quarter finals of the World Martial Arts tournament. The tournament usually has people with special abilities, so the fact that she made it that far kinda proves that she's gone through some crap.

Tsunade should win, Chi-Chi would take it if she had some mastery of Ki abilities but any damage Chi-Chi does on Tsunade would be healed from her Yin Seal she's been storing it's too Hax and a big gamechanging factor when comparing two people so close in stats. It's how Tsunade takes on threats bigger than herself .

I'd say tsunade since she's go the edge of experience in fighting with lethal intent, being the leader of a ninja village and having fought in multiple wars. Even if both are bloodlusted and willing to kill, Tsunade is far more experienced in actually landing killing blows.
