Cheap AP Upgrade?

Let's say there's a series that takes place on a normal planet Earth-like setting. At some point, the big bad blows up the planet, making him 5-B.

Later in the series, it is discovered that the planet contained a magic lake that housed an infinite spatial dimensional universe within it.

Would the big bad immediately become a High 1-B (or Low 1-A, not sure) character, even if this is a pretty cheap way of boosting his power?

Needs more context to prove it. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidences.

Of course, you can attempt to make an upgrade like that. If you have the skills to frame things at the right way, and maybe if staff are slacking again, then it could be approved. But that's if you really wanna go in that direction.
