Charizard vs Sportacus

Sportacus Round 1:

-Speed Equalized

-Sportacus has all of his sports gear and equipment

-Both characters are in their 7-C forms, Charizard doesn't get mega forms

Round 2:

-Speed equalized

-Sportacus has no equipment except for some sports candy

-Both characters are 7-C, but Charizard now has his/her mega forms

Some of these battles never fail to amaze me.

Round 1: I'm going with Sportacus because he can probably react fast enough to dodging a few fire attacks. He can throw a few rocks up in the sky, or use his scooter in the sky and kill Charizard with a bat.

Round 2: Sportacus can't fly. Mega Charizard Y spreads flaming doom from the sky.

Round 1 goes to Sportacus due to Sportacus's Attack Speed

Round 2 goes to Zard as Sportacus would have no way to touch him. Zard would destroy him along with Lazy Town, leaving Robbie Rotten and his City Level Durability has the sole survivor.

I feel like Charizard has the upper hand in both rounds. If they move at the same speed, Charizard's fire attacks will be the only ones with any effect. Not to mention, fire that can melt rocks is probably gonna do some damage. And round 2 is just flat out in Charizard's favor, like seriously, come on.
