Weaknesses: Chara needs someone with strong enough Determination and capacity for violence to manifest and needed to possess a host to interact with the universe before they had reached a sufficiently great level of power.

I'd just like elaboration on what exactly is meant here.

Chara is not a physical being, so they needed to grow their power through us, or frisk technically, and thus the 'feeling' they embody whenever we gained exp, or stats in general, grew, hence allowing chara to interact with the world. (And then require frisk, as a physical body, to destroy it.)

I read it as Chara possessing Frisk periodically throughout the rest of the run and physically manifesting independently at the end, hence, Chara's profile is the one where the feat of shanking the universe is listed and they have SPC. This explanation feels very janky to me, so I just wanted some potential elaboration on it just in case.
