Monika is not bypassing Chara's mid-goldy regen by Existence Erasure . And Chara cannot be bypassed Monika's defense. So, I agree.
Although validity , Monika can win by her Mind Manipulation since Chara has no resistance to it.
That would be the best argument.

Not really true. Chara is completely uneffected by the memory wipe caused by a true reset, which not even Flowey (who minds you resists the normal version of this as well) can resist. Incon since neither has a way to kill the other.Nedge1000 said:

Her AC may help. I've heard that CM can counter plot manipulation. But I'm not too sure.

Erases everything and chara just comes back, winning (monika doesn't really care about anything, and the only way for her to permanently erase chara would be killing the player.... yeah no).
Tries her BFR, chara simply uses frisks experience in charsimatic persuasion and convinces monika that for her soul she can have entire timelines to enjoy herself.
