Didn't use it in either Sans vs. Chara, Sans and Flowey vs. Chara, and Asriel vs. Chara

If Chara could control Special Hell, surely he's capable of completely engulf Betty and Betty will be right within Chara's hands and she won't be able to escape.

it clearly says "Up to" which is about as vague as bankai and considering it's contradicted by feats, well

Why would Chara use it in 1v1s when he has literally everything under control, even without FILE 0. Chara used FILE 0 when the odds were slightly less in his favor, so he decided to demostrate some raw power.

It would obviously mean that, if Chara wanted the full effectiveness, 3 seconds of time are required. Any less wouldn't be as effective.

Also, yes he did use it. In the fight against Asriel Dreemurr.

I never said that it was meant to restrain him but only put him in a position in which Chara was in their element and had the advantage.


My vote goes to Season 1 Chara.
