That is taking your own interpretation over what is said in the game. The game up and says monsters are weaker to intent, so you can't say that now intent directly scales to AP because Frisk one-shots people. LV is the only thing shown to make Frisk stronger, and that is that.

That intrepretation would be extreme reaching. It doesn't even specify human there, anyone with bad intentions can hurt them a lot more than normally. I am just not going to agree to count that as a power boost, sorry.

Does it specify the armor? And does it matter when a) they still become one-shottable if they spare you armor or not and b) Frisk is 9-A.

Glad Dummy takes on monster properties when he perfectly possesses something, so should Mettaton. And his proper metal body is plain invulnerable to damage when you fight him proper.

Ok, but Genocide Frisk should Still be "At least 9-A, likely far higher" instead of Plain "9-A" for the Undyne the Undying scaling, Monster attacks don't get weaker with Killing intent, so they would scale

Yes, though that's just a technicality. In effect, a likely far higher is a fancy way to say "scales above the feat by a lot".

Higher with the real knife is unneeded. You beat Undyne through chip damage in her fight while you can't take a tenth the hits she does. The real knife makes you her equal in stats.
