They seem about equal in AP and while neither leads with hax, Elfilis has a major advantage in that regard, and that's likely what it's gonna come down to since they're both gonna struggle to kill each other due to regen. Elfilis can resist or counter all of Janemba's hax except for statial manip, which isn't that useful due to regen and more easily avoidable than the other options they both have. Hell, with the range on his telekinesis and the lifting strenght of it, he could easily hold Janemba in place for an easy kill or incap via mind manip, soul manip or absorption.

Janemba is 3+ times more powerful than Fecto and has an attack that can ignore durability.

Fecto has hax, Multi-stellar LS which he can pin down Janemba with, small size and versatility, teleportation.

So Janemba has some notable wincons, however Fecto would most likely simply come out on top with hax.
