Round 1 will go to shao kahn since he has attacks that greatly enhances his physical damage, like his charge attack. Round 2 will go to shao kahn due to hax and higher AP and durability. Round 3 would still go to shao kahn with hax.

Round 1 Goes to Shao Kahn, since he's a more experienced fighter in Hand-to-Hand than the Champion, since he main uses weapons.

Round 2 & 3 could go to the Champion via his Mind and Soul Manipulation powers. His Attack Reflection abilities will be able to repel all of Shao Kahn's physical blows. Can also heal his wounds on the Fly.
