I asked my friend to calc Champ's feat of capsizing a steamship by it bumping into him and this is what he got.

Low ball is 1,549,700,133 Joules or 0.37 tons of TNT.

High ball is 4,649,100,475 Joules or 1.16 tons of TNT. Building Level.
