Assuming the devil hunter suit can be restricted, i'd give it to Aki.
Griffith is a better swordsman who can humiliate warriors like pre golden age Guts with a precision style that relies on directing blows with minimal effort parries to control the flow of battle and strike vitals with his rapier after putting them in a bad spot, and with the LS difference it would shine vs Aki, not to mention blocking a Rapier's rapid thrusts with his stake sword will be a nightmare. Even playing dead wont cut it as Griffith would know if he actually hit a vital spot.
However, Aki has acess to Fox devil contract, and while he cannot use her mouth (8-C) a Paw strike from her would catch Griffith completely offguard on top of being impossible for him to parry due to sheer size. Specially when at that point in the series magic is very rare and usually much more limited and usually only hermits, witches and people with very special training and lifestyles can use it.
No way in hell he'd be properly positioned or expecting summoning magic out of blue.
