yeah, i understand that. i also understand the difference between AP and DC.

my issue is that the power of a nuclear explosion generally stems from its destructive power, thermal output, and in some cases the KE of debris. and here we're scaling it to none of the above.. that's why I'm questioning the scaling.

nukes are known for reaching temperatures hotter than the surface of the sun (at their core, for a split second), so doesn't it make more sense to say Pochita was burned by the heat of the nuke since he was literally in the epicenter of the blast? it seems more logical to me than chain scaling it it to large island, because doing so kind of undermines how nukes are supposed to work.


the gun goddess' power comes from its kinetic energy, and KE in VS Battles tends to be overruled if the destruction is contradictory to what the KE suggests. since most of the damage would've happened off-screen, and kinetic energy is a respected concept in the verse, i see no issue with it. but it's definitely not the same principle.

The state that Pochita ended after receiving the nuclear punch was just his body mostly destroyed with only parts of his upper torso, a state very similar to the one he was after gun goddess, if this was equivalent to Pochita being in the sun for a split second, then wouldn't he get fully pulverized?

Regardless, if his head was what receives the nuke directly, then it should have been the first thing pulverized, pretty inconsistent the way he and the people around the place ended in

It is shown, but considering the sentimental value of the weapon to Yoru is what truly makes it scale here.

It's shown with feats and scaling numerous times, but not a straight statement, drom just the fact of turning everyday objects into bigger weapons that threaten devil's, room 606 sword and the building sword, for a pre fear boost Yoru that scales to multi city block level, swords made out of single buildings would be too weak if they weren't enhanced

Same happen with weapons made out of devils like the chainsawmans whip harming Pochita

yup. it's actually pretty interesting. the core of a nuclear bomb can reach temperatures of upwards of 100 million degrees, with the sun being 15 million.

Btw gunshy you put scaling value 1 of yoru spinning her spear (Supersonic+) in power and abilities, it should go into the stats of Pre fear boost key as a separate speed from her combat speed (can spinning a spear even be used for chainscaling other characters? It's moving a large object with finger movements, not a conventional speed feat)

I wouldn't say so. Scaling spinning your fingers at supersonic speeds to overall combat speed is ridiculous to me. Those are very different ranges of movement at play.

I was lowkey so worried when I saw the CSM speed crt but, with Makima scaling o bang now, she now longer has a 56x faster attack speed in equal speed matchups.

I meant some CSM character scaling to her bangs, like some like fake chainsaw Man dodging yoru's bangs who scale above mákima's bangs

That thing of the speed equalization making makima have 57x attack speed was so unfair anyway, makes a FTL character fighting her be forcibly downgraded to below her attack speed, regardless if that's what speed equalization in the wiki does, that's straight up against the whole concept of "equalizing speed"

i miscalculated on adding pochitas chainsaws to the weight that was used for the Class G feat, but he was throwing his hearth and not his whole body, so chainsaws weight cannot be applied

also it surprised me that pochitas chainsaw are so long to be taller than kobeni lmao

idk if the wiki rules let you upscale character from a feat (like pochita Class G) without explained numerical multipliers that have them higher, yeah, its awfully close to Class T and many character have long surpassed part 1 pochita, but thats it, its the highest feat in the series without any direct statement as ´´this character is twice stronger than pochita´´ to have characters in class T

If you wanna wank and use a debunkable interpretation, assuming Yoru's swords weighs as much as the landmass she used, we lowball the moon spear calc to relativistic+ and then scale Yoru's swinging speed to it, (as she caught Pochita with accident whip) that way you could probably hyperball it to cosmic levels.
