MHA has far too many feats above Mach 10 to consider it a combat speed limit (unlike JJK), especially since all might's main form of travel is leaping

In the scene where Fox Devil swallows Reze, it also devours the flames. Does this count as Fox Devil's Elemental NPI? And what about the scene where Denji's saw cuts through Reze's "Spark"? Do we have any clues about that?
