How would Existence Erasure work with Makima and her contract ?

It targets her existance.
The contract outright doesn't bring her back from that sort of thing, hence Makima knowing it end her (She wants to be eaten by him as she feels there's no greater honor) otherwise we'd have High godly ressurection Makima which would be absolutely hilarious
Also, it seals the devils he erases inside him so she's technically still "around" and would get around the contract

As Chainsaw Man is on break this week, in its place I will recommend that you all give Centuria a try, it's on the same site/app as Chainsaw Man. It's a year-old ongoing manga created by a former assistant of Fujimoto's.

For those of you who are already reading Centuria or aren't at all interested in it, I recommend Make the Exorcist Fall in Love, which I consider to be the best manga on Jump+. Better than Chainsaw Man, even.
