I don't think Pochita's concept manip will work here since Tanjiro is an extremely different type of demon than the ones in CSM.

When talking about Regen:
Both characters scale to high-mid, with Denji regenerating from his heart alone while on fire due to atmospheric reentry while Tanjiro should scale to Muzan who needed his 6 brains (wich he can freely move around and hide through his body) simultaneously destroyed with attacks that negate cellular regen and can regen fast enough for sword slashes with lower level of regen neg to seemingly phase through his body.
This makes it seem like Tanjiro takes the regen, but then, while you would think destroying his heart would be a weakness, Chainsaw Devil has 2 statements about instantly coming back after he's killed multiple times giving him Immortality type 4 wich makes this seem like a regen stalemate,

For AP and LS:
The Chainsaw Devil upscales from being undamaged by Makima's TK wich was able to damage the Darkness Devil who vastly upscales from the Gun Devil who did the 734 tons feat. While Tanjiro has an unknown level upscale from Muzan who vastly upscales from Kokushibo who's baseline 8-A (100 tons). Wich means blunt force/energy from Tanjiro are negligible while slashing/piercing attacks are scratching him. Also doesn't help that Tanjiro in this key will not be using his Nichirin or breath styles.
LS is fairly equal, with both upscaling from class 25. They would also be equals in a grappling fight since while chainsaw can use his chains and gut scarf to grab as well as 4 arms Tanjiro can also sprout tentacles and extra arms to compete as well. Not that grabbing eachother would do much here.

For Skill: Tanjiro would normally take this easily, since Pochita's skill feats are pretty much 1.Loads of combat experience fighting other devils 24/7 in hell (most of them he AP stomps and could only damage him through hax abilities) 2.High levels of precision with his throws and chain grabs (being able to accurately throw his heart at Makima while in outer space and grabbing her and 6 other weapon devils with chains while at atmopsheric reentry speed). But Tanjiro is an animalistic berserk in this key, won't use his Nichirin, has yet to get used to his devil powers, won't use his breath styles and will have to rely 100% on instinct, wich imo gives Chainsaw Devil the edge.

For Blood Deconstruction vs Blood Absorption:
This part is very complicated, since both characters are very different from eachother. While Tanjiro hasn't been shown to attack with Toxic blood like Muzan, He will be getting bloodily gored by 4 Chainsaws with a vast AP advantage wich will spread his blood wich breaks humans at a cellular level everywhere. But then there's a few problems:

• While the Chainsaw Devil lacks resistance to it, he has a metallic shell covering his body, that would limit how much blood will be making contact with him not to mention his High-Mid and immortality would let him recover without too much trouble.
• Drinking blood (including demon blood) vastly speeds up his regen and recovers his stamina, letting him essentially have infinite stamina as long as he has a steady supply of it, but Tanjiro's toxic blood will be healing him and melting him at the same time, wich might make it innefective here.
• You could argue that while it won't realistically be able to kill him here, Tanjiro's blood could turn the Chainsaw Devil into a Demon and put him under Tanjiro's command/kill him with the sun, but Chainsaw Devil is 100% different from a human biologically and it would require lots of assumptions to make it work.

For Tanjiro's Battle Spirit:
Tanjiro scales from Muzan who could make characters feel fear and paralysis on top of internal damage. But Pochita can easily regen from the damage and it's hard to say how it would affect a character massively stronger than him. Not to mention the Chainsaw Devil is the most feared Devil in Hell and considering he can fight the 4 horsemen (including Makima, who directly contended with the Darkness Devil) he should have no problems dealing with the Darkness Devil's fear, wich caused fiends to instinctively beg for death just from feeling his presence approaching on top of traumatizing Power severely, debilitating her for many months and giving her a crippling fear of the dark.

For Stamina:
Seeing how this appears to be a stalemate so far due to regen and the way their abilities affect eachother, Stamina will decide this fight. Wich is... Tanjiro's win. On top of having infinite stamina in his profile, Devils can apparently survive without eating for millenia. Meanwhile, while the Chainsaw Devil can fight for years 24/7 nonstop on hell, he would have a steady continuous supply of blood to keep fighting, and in this fight drinking Tanjiro's blood would be either pointless or detrimental, so he won't have that luxury here. At best you can make a case to say his Immortality type 4 could keep him going forever, but then there's the fact that after dying many times in his fight against the 4 horsemen he needed to escape and entered a near death weakened state, wich due to lack of context, means it can be tired eventually.

So, tl:dr i say Tanjiro can win 10/10 by outlasting here if we assume Chainsawman can't revive indefinitely (even if there were humans around for him to recover blood Tanjiro would benefit even more, since eating them would make him regain his conscience and grow stronger.) or that it's an absolute incon where both sides can keep going forever if we assume Chainsawman's type 4 has no limits and they needed an unknown ability to defeat him, but the first option being far more likely and requiring assumptions.

CM can also just erase Tanjiro from existence if he eats him. This isn't out of character for him to do since he's done it to tons of Devils before in the past and Tanjiro being a demon would be no different to him. This is also incentivised by Tanjiro just coming back from being cut over and over.

2 things

1. The Chainsaw devil scales to Class 100 LS so that is in his favor
2. Like we've already established we have no reason to believe that tanjiro is immortal in the sense that he has no weaknesses. So I believe eventually with his much higher AP advantage the Chainsaw Devil gets lucky and hits a vital spot.

While Regen and skill go to Tanjiro the Chainsaw Devil has to get lucky only once which is why I believe he takes this.

If there is any evidence that Tanjiro can't be killed AT ALL via regeneration then he takes this as the Chainsaw Devil is still vulnerable via his heart

The thing is Tanjiro has such incredibly fast Regen that the Devil literally couldn't eat him fast enough to win.

Even if we assumed it did work it's useless because Tanjiro doesn't revive after death and the Chainsaw Devil physically cannot eat Tanjiro fast enough for it to matter. And it's not like it negates regen or anything in fact it's only really useful when dealing with Godly Regen characters or characters who can revive after complete cellular destruction.

Didn't killing Muzan take See through world to know where his brains where located and then like three layers of regen neg? (red nichirin +mastered sun breathing wich is >regular breathing) Even if this Tanjiro is animalistic and berserking, a newbie at demon powers, lacking his breath styles and not using swordsmanship (all these being like where 80% of his skill is invested into) i don't know if we can assume Pochita would get lucky and hit all 6 at once even if the damage from a 7.3x AP advantage chainsaw would be way worse than a katana. (Not that Tanjiro's wincon other than outlasting is much better. His only real offensive option is hoping Chainsaw Devil screws itself with his blood since he isn't coating attakcs with it ala Muzan.)

That more-so has to do with how Devils work in Chaisawman. Taking a bite out of her removed some memories of war from the people this in turn weakened her. This would not work on Tanjiro because he doesn't get weaker from something like that
