Alright, Amber breaking through Atlus' water shield while Lukas couldn't is a good feat
Gotta find something for Lukas' base ap since (I believe) currently he would be below the 9-A+ scaling

I feel like Julian will learn how to use the lifeforce of the 100 lives inside of himself for a spear level move
Like Lukas' spear being that strong while sacrificing a part of his own lifespan, Julian using like an entire lifespan to boost himself could be ridiculous

yeah he currently doesn't have a big flashy move like those above him
he eventually has to get something that's on par with them that isn't his trump card (it's very situational)
I believe he'll eventually have to face one of the arkos level & above characters (I believe by the end of story there'll be a decent amount of above arkos level characters with how stuff is being built up tbh)

I think the current order of power would be something like
- The Gods (fake strongest since they can't hurt humans)
- The Supreme Lord
- Arkos = Berta
- Situationally Roche
- Lukas (Spear)
- Dark Body (Kobeni-chan)

Raging Flame didn't have any objections to the idea of her being able to certainly win against someone he thinks would be stronger than Arkos
he was very close to Arkos too so he should know how strong he was

Honestly I have pretty high stocks in her, I feel like the whole her praising Arkos thing is gonna lead up to a reveal that she's stronger than him, if not at least an comparability. Also to be his mentor and not be dead seems impressive with how Arkos treats people (Feel like Arkos is the reason Raging Flame is missing an arm lol)
I don't think Lukas' spear should be that high tbh, he only really notes it evens the playing field with Atlus (prior to Atlus tapping into power to rivals Arkos btw so we know Spear is below Arkos level lol). Even if you theorized his spear is equal to his shield due to it's inspiration, his shield still couldn't completely block a Arkos level attack
His statement about him planning to use it to kill his father doesn't mean much since it's very unlikely Lukas knows how strong he is (assuming you believe the same thing since it's 3 spots below the supreme lord)
I would put Dark Body and Max Sin Roche above the spear tbh, but I would understand having it above Dark Body due to lack of info about her

Chapter 82, "My God, My Destroyer"
I didn't expect to see Arkos destroying that Rummir city, cool stuff. Zira basically giving into her rage and enjoying the destruction of her homeland was quite sad, especially since she regrets it now. Altus is a cutie.

His normal liquid manipulation ap should scale to it's durability
When he ups the density & power or his ocean trump card shouldn't scale to the liquid manipulation's durability tho

Finally read the chapter
For the city sinking feat, probably can use the buildings as reference to find a size
Seems to be him dropping it in the middle and then having it flood out the city, so probably would use omni-directional KE for it
Even without a proper calc, could probably list it as City level environmental destruction since ya know it destroyed a city
It is noted that he literally brought the ocean inland which means it's his trump card, we see him doing the same water whirlpools as well (he probably can do it without the ocean but we only see him doing it when he has access to the ocean)
Also I feel like this debunks the idea of him being able to control the entire ocean since what's noted to be "the sea itself" in the chapter is clearly not all the earth's water

I think I disagree with the idea of Atlus or Arkos having human level durability since when someone breaks through their blood armor they don't pop like a balloon

With them being human level durability in base you would have to assume it reduces like 99.99% of the energy. I feel like it would be better to just have their durability downscale (maybe like baseline Building level?)
We see regular people like Joseph and his father being able to survive the Demonic Beast's Building level ap already

I feel like we should decide on this cause if we do think Atlus' water shield durability scales to his Small Town level feat that would make most of the cast Small Town level
Leaning against the idea cause most of the verse have Tier 8 level feats rn

No idea but maybe you could try and us the castle since in the top panel of the second page said explosions a pretty big in comparison to the castle

At most Building level [0.25 tons]
- Joseph & his father's durability (Survived a strike from Demonic Beast)
- Gifted Assassins' durability (Should be superior to Joseph)
- Arkos & Atlus base durability (Should be superior to Joseph)
- Base Lukas (Sliced a Gifted Assassin to pieces)
- Base Post-TS Julian (Sparred with Lukas)
- Atlus' Liquid Manipulation minimum durability (Blocked hits from Lukas. Can block Roche's no sin level flames)
- Demonic Beast (duh)
- Joseph's father's arrow ap (Blew a hole through the Demonic Beast's arm)
- Guillaume (Blocked an arrow from Joseph's father. Comparable although inferior to Angvall) / likely Nile (Likely comparable to Guillaume)
- Base Orthros (Tanked hits from Guillaume with him and Nile only being able to stall him. Hurt 100-fold Julian when he blocked his blade to protect Zana)
- Amber / Angvall (Tanked hits from the Demonic Beast while not defending herself due to body-blocking for Joseph & his father. Damaged Guillaume's armor which can tank Joseph's Father's arrow. Stated to have a physical advantage to base Orthros. Got an invite to be a Black Knight due to her sheer physicals. Amber broke through Atlus' water shield)
- Forest Guardian (Hurt Angvall)
- Arko's Blood Armor & minimum Liquid Manipulation durability (Tanked Angvall's strikes while holding back)
- 100-Fold Julian (One-shot Forest Guardian. Broke through Arkos' blood armor and water shield)

Eh I don’t think Joseph and his dad have building lvl durability since im pretty sure as angval was tanking and softening the blows for them

Not gonna lie the upcoming fighti between Julian and cerdioc seems a lot closer. They seem to have similar power sets with Julian probably being physically stronger while cerdioc will probably be more skilled.
