Hi this is my first post so I might be doing something's wrong. I would like to add

ESP, enhanced sense, fear induction, Body modification, resistance to mind and soul manipulation, pain tolerance, resistance to drug and poison, limited soul manipulation (can transfer the soul of her horse to others devices), animal manipulation, infinite energy due to the whole shadow thing, acrobatic and weapon modification

Explain why
Someone was behind her, piercing her arm all the way through with the blade. Normally, she would spin around on instinct, but Celty’s sense of pain was much duller than most. More than the pain, it was the distraction of the katana erupting from her arm that kept her from turning around at once. Surprisingly calm about the situation, Celty wasn’t sure whether or not to take her eyes off the thug before her, and that hesitation was what cost her. Determining that the thug wasn’t capable of getting up and running off immediately, she spun the bike around. The moment she squeezed the handlebar, the motorcycle’s engine brayed like an organic creature, and it made a completely inorganic 180-degree turn in place without rolling its wheels.

You do seem to have some sense of pain but much duller than a human’s. A normal person would have been driven mad by that,” Shinra’s father announced after the operation. Without any memory of the incident, Celty didn’t have the willpower to be angered by this anymore. Based on the very quick recovery after being hit by the car tonight, it was certain that Celty’s body was very tough indeed. The dullahan looked over at Shinra.

I would like to add pain tolerance here for the pain much duller than the most The pain she went through would drive a normal human mad which was being disected by Shinra father and out back together. Don't know if this warrants supernatural willpower.

Dullahans had no hearts. According to Shinra’s father after he dissected her, she was constructed much like a human being—but the organs were all for show and did not actually function. There were veins, but no blood running through them. Without any red blood, her meat was the color of pure flesh, like a model of a human body. He didn’t know how her body worked and moved. He didn’t know what she used for a source of energy. And despite that, any wounds she suffered healed at incredible speed.

Ten years later, Shinra said, “You must be a shadow. You’re just the shadow of your head or an actual body in some other world. The source of your energy to move means nothing to your shadow.”

Infinite energy due to the way these are worded. Her shadow itself is implied to need no energy to move. And in the series she's never seen tired even after several fights.

The shock of the dissection was probably to blame for most of that. They’d used an anesthetic, but the human concoction did not work on Celty. The pain of the incision was vivid and sharp, but Celty’s limbs had been tied down with heavy chains to prevent struggle. Apparently the dullahan had passed out in the middle of the dissection, as Celty did not remember anything after that.

Anaesthetic don't work on her so some low level of tolerance to drug and other substances. This is further supported by Shinra father saying most of her organs are for show so there is nothing for her liver to get drunk and etc. I'm not sure if there's some kind of drug resistance or poison resistance but I would like to recommend if there is.

To her surprise, she had seen essentially zero fairies or spirits aside from herself since coming to Japan. On very rare occasions, she might sense the tiniest sliver of something from the trees lining the center of a park or along the entrance to 60-Kai Street, but she had never seen them for herself. She had felt many more of her kind back in Ireland. Celty thought it would be better to have another dullahan along to help her look for the head, but that was out of the question now. Twenty years later, the security around ship stowaways and smugglers was far stronger. It would take the presence of that very head of hers to leave Japan at this point.

Even after the excitement faded, Anri thought back on all the things Celty said. She said a dullahan knows when a person’s death is approaching…but does that include unexpected accidents? She thought back on the incident that changed her life five years ago and looked down

ESP as she can sense supernatural creatures like her own kind. Celty also stated as a dullahan she can sense when people will die to another character.
The headless horse—the Coiste Bodhar—could frighten people with its roar, and that had not changed since its spirit had been transferred to a motorcycle, but occasionally it had the opposite effect, drawing the excited interest of onlookers instead. Despite her alarm at the varied nature of the humans around her, the dullahan had learned how best to ride through the town over the years. She just didn’t realize that she had become the stuff of urban legend.

Fear inducement through her motorbike but it can also make people excited.

For an instant, Celty was disoriented, until she decided that the figure must have thrown something at the light to break it. Her sense of vision went black, but that vision wasn’t passing through eyeballs. Celty “saw” the world through a different means than human beings did, and her night vision was much better as a result. But by the time she had adjusted to the darkness, the figure was already out of sight. It must have escaped while she was distracted by the light. Even with the distraction, it was clear that the figure had moved with abnormal speed

She didn’t have to look into her side mirror. She could sense her surroundings through her back.

Enhanced senses due to night vision. Also I want to add enhanced senses since she can use all her senses in 360 degree through her body.

The idea of a shadow having mass was silly, but the shadow that wrapped Celty’s body was quite light and could be used to perform all kinds of stunts worthy of an action movie. But because the shadow had nearly no weight of its own, Celty’s strength was entirely responsible for the force of the blows. Still, the blade itself was perfectly sharp and tough—as far as Celty could remember,it had never chipped. It was like the sharpness and weight of an indestructible razor blade, with the size of a katana
I would like to add acrobatic as she could perform all kind of stunts that worthy of an action move.

She also had resistance to soul and mind manipulation which was seen when she resisted sayaka. The reason I say soul manipulation for sayaka is because this is what sayaka is stated to do and celty resists it
together. The classic example of that would be children.
“That’s right… Saika’s giving birth. She’s leaving a child in the souls of the
humans she slices.
“Saika really does love people, it’s true.
“She seeks a perfect fusion with man…with humanity.”
,
«Like, with glowing red eyes, as if they were under some kind of hypnosis. Like they’d been bitten by a vampire and put under his control!»

Celty felt a strong alien sensation about her abrupt attacker. Not fear—something alien.

The instant the blade pierced her, it felt like some eerie presence was trying to get inside of Celty. If the attacker wasn’t human but another kind of fairy or monster, she would have sensed it before being stabbed. Possibly it was such a creature, just one that had learned to extinguish its presence, but Celty dismissed that as unlikely. So what was that shadow, then? The fight was so brief that she wasn’t able to identify the attacker’s features or even height, but there was one thing, one powerful memory that stuck out in her mind.Just before the fluorescent light shattered, she saw the attacker’s eyes. Unnaturally large, bloodred, distorting the light they reflected..

I also forgot. I wanted to add bodily control based on this

Her body was the metal armour and she changed it to the rider suit. She says her shadow can change into various so she could theoretically change her body into any way she wishes with her shadow. This even applies to her scythe which is an extension of her, she can change it's weapon. Which I think warrants weapon modification.

Animal manipulation as well since she can change the shape of her horse by transferring it's spirit which I think is limitef soul manipulation and it's loyal to her.

In conclusion

ESP (detect supernatural beings and when people die), enhanced sense, fear induction, Body modification, resistance to mind and soul manipulation, pain tolerance, resistance to drug and poison, limited soul manipulation (can transfer the soul of her horse to others devices), animal manipulation, infinite energy due to the whole shadow thing, acrobatic and weapon modification (can change her scythe to any weapon she wants as it's part of her shadow)

Since you are new, start reading our Site Rules and Discussion Rules
Particularly for this thread:
Content Revision Threads need to be supported by scans, quotes, video clips, accepted calculations, or any other direct proof that claimed events actually happened in the source material. In the absence of this evidence, CRTs may be closed without notice.

Since you provide the texts I won't close the thread, but it would be more helpful if you can provide the source of these.

Additionally:
The opening post of a content revision thread has to include a clear summary in the opening post what major changes are being made so that everyone involved in the discussion will be on the same page. For example if an updated profile has been created in a sandbox with a new Power & Abilities section, then you should summarize or bullet point in the opening post the major changes that are being proposed so that people don't overlook them.
When arguing for changing character statistics, do not assume that the staff will have in-depth knowledge about the fictional franchise in question. Make sure to explain your suggestions in a structured manner that is easy to comprehend. You will not be allowed to change any statistics if people cannot understand what you mean.
I know nothing of this verse, so you will likely have to guide me a bit on its inner workings so I can evaluate things properly. I will now read OP fully and edit this comment giving my initial evaluation.

Hi. When I provide the source how specific do you want me to be. Page number and volume number of is the volume number just fine?

We don't give pain tolerance as an ability anymore. Instead, this would fall under Superhuman Stamina. This doesn't warrant supernatural willpower because she didn't resist the pain by force of will, rather her senses being (un)naturally dull.

Infinite energy due to the way these are worded. Her shadow itself is implied to need no energy to move. And in the series she's never seen tired even after several fights.
Superhuman Stamina, possibly Infinite works better, since it's not clear cut she has indeed infinite energy. However...

This here proves why she doesn't have infinite energy, since she actually passed out. So she just has insanely high stamina and pain tolerance. A limited resistance to poison should be find, since numbing drugs shouldn't work on her. To make her pass out you need to inflict an insane amount of pain.

Fear inducement through her motorbike but it can also make people excited
Minor social influencing through reputation.

She also had resistance to soul and mind manipulation which was seen when she resisted sayaka. The reason I say soul manipulation for sayaka is because this is what sayaka is stated to do and celty resists it
This here is where I need your help to explain further. From the text, it seems she literally puts souls of children inside people? Is that what she does? If so, are there other showings of this power you can bring?

The things I didn't mention are things I agree fully (ESP, senses, resistance to hypnosis/mind control)

Since you will need to reference it anyways for the page, both would be better.

Volume 1 page 50

The shadow—named Celty—had no head. Therefore, it had no organs to sense sight or sound. But in Celty’s world, there was sight and sound and even smell. Celty could read the letters on the screen and make out even subtle color differences in crisp detail. The one difference was that Celty could see a slightly wider range of things at a glance than a human could. But only slightly—if Celty could see all around at once, that nasty collision with the car would not have happened.

Celty’s vision generally came from where the head would be, but it was also adjustable to come from any other part of the body.

Volume 1 page 45

Volume 2 page 128

In the center of the park, Celty Sturluson, a knight of death meant to inform people of their imminent mortality, the Headless Rider who sent waves of panic throughout Ikebukuro.. .was unable to do a thing but stand and watch.
volume 2 page 156

That’s right... Saika’s giving birth. She’s leaving a child in the souls of the humans she slices.

“Saika really does love people, it’s true.

“She seeks a perfect fusion with man...with humanity.”
Volume 2 page 147

I think that sources everything I listed 1 by 1

This here is where I need your help to explain further. From the text, it seems she literally puts souls of children inside people? Is that what she does? If so, are there other showings of this power you can bring?
Well I can send you some scans that best explain it so I am not biased. I can say Saika is a living katana

volume 2 page 93
Well, of course. A katana might have a mind, but it doesn’t have a presence. As far as I know, the demon blade Saika possessed the mind of its wielder and controlled his body. If that was a strictly human body, then there would be no otherworldly presence or aura for you to sense. Plus, we don’t know that all spirits or fairies possess this ‘presence’ you’re talking about.”

“Just as you cut other people to create Saika’s children, your own Saika is nothing more than a child of the original... And the original takes the form of a proper katana.”
volume 2 page 155

“That child of Saika won’t tell you how to fight, will it? Which means...it might inherit the will and aims of Saika but not the experience and memory,” Anri conjectured. “Please...I have a request. Tell the other Saikas to stop this... As the parent, your orders should reach the children. Of course, if you’re under Saika’s control, my Saika can order you to stop, as your parent...”
volume 2 page 164

Saika is a katana that cuts people and when it does it gives birth to a child and it implants the soul of the copy into the people. These are child of the original Saika. They then take control of the host and use their body to go mindlessly slashing people but Celty rejected the soul entering her body completeley.

That would be resistance to possession instead of soul manip.

Thank you for the sources, I will now call further staff to evaluate:

Thank you for helping though I have a quick question. Does this count as bodily control and animal manipulation (hopefully the link works)

She transfered the soul of her horse to the motorbike and the motobike became alive. Her body also underwent significant change from being a moving armor to a rider, she can also change her weapons as she wishes since it is also her shadow.

That would actually be soul manipulation with life manipulation (Animation) Her shadow would have shapeshifting

Alright thank you I think all my questions are answered so the final conclusion of her upgrade is

ESP, enhanced senses, soul manipulation with life manipulation, shape shifting, poison resistance (due to drug resistance), resistance to possession, resistance to mind control/hypnosis, social influence, superhuman stamina and acrobatic

Limited, she just resists stuff like anesthesia.
