I would go for Cell via AP,Dura, and Regen. Although I thought Cell was FTL?

Hmmm. Remina is FTL and Cell is Sub-Relativistic, but Cell has Solarsystem level attack potency and durability... Does Remina have any hax?

Well Remina does have size to it's advantage since it's a living star/ planet and devours planets and stars. As for abilities Remina can deflect projectiles and can shape shift to a degree. They can both survive in space so the battle won't be limited to one planet.

It also says Remia constanty emits toxic gasses.

Can the toxic gasses he emits be used in space or is that limited to planets? Also I'm not sure how that would affect Cell, is there an example on what Remina's gasses are capable of?The Everlasting said:

Well the toxins would affect Frieza since he isn't immune to toxins. Cell on the other hand has regen whereas Frieza doesn't.

@Everlasting, Freiza (as far as I know), doesn't need air. So unless it also damages the skin, I don't think Cell would be affected.

Depending on how long it takes for it to eat a star, Remina could very well be high solar system level considering he is absorbing the whole mass and not just making it explode.
But Cell is smaller, therefore he has the advantage of being able to apply energy in focused spots which can overcome Remina's durability.
The logic behind this is similar with how a knife can penetrate kevlar while bullets can't.

Do we have anyone that can go into detail about Remina's abilities such as the toxins that it emits because it looks like Cell is going to win this.

Remina eats planets whole
the humans die as a result of the atmosphere in there which basically melts them..at least that's what i remember from when i read that manga
i seriously doubt that'd be enough to kill something like cell that can regenerate from..well..a single cell. the humans we see dying in remina were melting and stuff but..nothing comparable to what Cell has suffered and survived.
so i don't actually think Remina can kill Cell. even if it eats the planet Cell is on, he wouldn't really die.

Well Cell can survive in space thanks to Frieza's cells so being limited to one planet isn't an issue for him. Plus he managed to get Goku's instant transmission ability when he came back as Super Perfect Cell.
