Cecil Harvey Upgrade

It's come to my attention that Cecil, and by extension the other members of the After Years cast, might need an upgrade.

In the Depths, Cecil and co. fight monsters such as Shinryu and Omega. Both of these beings are classified as being possibly 3-C. In addition, the dialogue in the game makes it clear that these are the same creatures as the ones from Final Fantasy V. So, should it be possible to upgrade Cecil and co. to 5-A, possible 3-C?

This is similar to the discussion done here [Except with the same Gilgamesh] and Ant stated we cannot scale them from feats from other Final Fantasy [This Final Fantasy is 5-A from the feat of the Creator].

It seems safer to scale them from the in-game feats, yes. It seems likely that crossover characters are rescaled for story convenience.
