Just Saw this match on DA and realized its actually a very even matchup, wo who would win?

This is...a legitimately tough fight. Both are powerful fighters with a myriad of abilities, and both are pretty good at not dying as easily as they should.

Since this is in character, I may give the majority to Carnage due to sheer unpredictability and insanity coupled with the fact he could likely catch Nui by surprise if she underestimates him, allowing him to inflict some permanent damage fairly quickly, but it's very, very far from an easy fight.

I think I'm leaning more to Nui for this one. Carnage is a beast I'll give him that, but Nui can't be killed unless she is cut 'fast and from both sides'. I doubt she is dumb or arrogant enough to tell Kasady that, so the way I see this is, they both go at it for a while, before Carnage gets tired and Nui kills Kasady.

Mind you Carnage's stamina is only superhuman, while Nui was able to keep up with some of the highest tiers in Kill la Kill effortlessly.
