Carnage (Spider-man) upgrade

In Amazing Spider-Man issues 360-363 we see Carnage fight Spider-Man and Venom. Prior to the fight we see Carnage break through some glass but prior to him doing so Carnage comments on how durable the glass is.

Carnage: "Whoa! This stuff's tough! Prob'ly built to stop any weapon known to man." Which would imply Carnage broke through glass that could withstand nuke explosions.
