More seriously, Carla has big intel edge on Karina, but the latter has regen which would help if she gets shots somewhere that's not lethal and "maximum overdrive" would likely make her able to outgun carla Altough i'm not too sure

Carla does have her pipe bombs which can harm characters in the 600,000 Joule range as well as piercing damage with her guns

Most of her other tech won't be useful here though, and Karina does have explosives of her own

Pretty good, she can hold her own with trained military and police units in shootouts and has overall good accuracy, being able to land headshots from decent distances without scopes. Not quite the level of Amik or anything, but still well above what most people can do

So I did get a response. They did say that Karina has a skill edge over Carla, but Carla is more intelligent and a better prepper from the sounds of it
