Marshall Mathews (SIEGE) vs Carla Golubev (2046: Prime)

Carla has faught her fair share of soldiers, but can she beat arguably one of the greatest soldiers to have ever lived?

Ground Rules:

• Both have 1 week of prep time and prior knowledge on each other
• Both have their full arsinal as well as access to any optional equipment they would want
• Marshall's Armor is restricted
• Fight takes place in a 2046 New York City
• Both start 0.5 km away from each other with no line of sight
• Both know the general direction the other starts in
• Speed is Unequal

I'll start this thread off by listing their advantages and disadvantages in this fight

Marshall's Advantages:

• Higher AP & Durability
• Higher LS
• More skilled in CQC & Marksmanship
• Higher Combat Intelligence
• Could arguably dissable some of Carla's Tech

Carla's Advantages:

• Faster
• Better at traversing urban environments
• Higher General Intelligence
• Better inventor & engineer
• More powerful technology & weaponry
• Better hacks

Carla has better speed (Subsonic vs Peak Human), and her more powerful weaponry scales to 600,000 Joules, while having plenty of tech to make many of Marshall's weapons pretty much useless. She also has pretty good stealth mastery, which could allow her to sneak attack him. And although she isn't as skilled as Marshall, she has dealt with the military before, so it's not like she hasn't dealt with people simular to Marshall before.

At the same time, Marshall has far better skill then Carla. He vastly outclasses her in CQC, Marksmanship, and in overall stratagizing. Carla has also never dealt with someone as smart as Marshall. The only time she has was against Evil Amik, and she had help with that. So someone as skilled and intelligent as Marshall is something she has never faced before without help from the rest of her group.

This fight pretty much comes down to Marshall's far superior skill vs Carla's better speed, weaponry and abilities.

Going off nothing but their pages, Carla seems to have a clear AP advantage via her 9-B equipment, and her durability seems better too (they're the same tier, but tanking large falls and soldier attacks >> tanking baseball bat swing). So Marshall doesn't even have that going for him.

Honestly this seems like a very clear victory for Carla. Her almost across the board superior stats (especially with speed) and higher AP are just too large to bridge with Marshall's intellect. Additionally going off Carla's intelligence she actually has the capacity to create equipment before going into the fight while strategizing, equipment that could counter Marshall and his equipment; Marshall doesn't have such capabilities.
