Captain Marvel

Y'know. I think, the biggest means in which Marvel Studios advertises its movies is through memes. Think about it.

  • Captain Marvel smacks an old lady.
  • "...and get this man a shield"
  • Black Panther being the only MCU lead that doesn't quip.
  • "YEEEEES!"
  • "You guys are losers"
  • Baby Groot.
  • MCU on an acid trip.
  • Team Cap vs Team Iron Man fighting over the littlest things
  • The 'getting run over by a train' scene.
  • The only thing left living in this world will be metal. Cue heavy metal music
  • It's a tree and a racoon, along with a bunch of nobodies. That won't work.
  • Captain America: He's cool now.
  • Thor x Loki
  • Iron Man hit by a truck
  • "We have a Hulk"
And so on.

Marvel's not really about destruction ****. I mean look at the feats we used to give characters tiers 7 and 6. Only instance with massive destruction I remember is the Sokovia feat. Even BRING ME THANOS got 6-B result from the storm in the background, not the crater Thor made
 
Cap Marvel is a different thing here. She may not create a crater but she's going to fire a massive energy beam with a very intense brightness that actually does nothing impressive at all.

You never know. Illuminating feats can be insane sometimes
 
I wonder how we'll make a profile of her in this movie because I doubt we'll get any good feats from her in this one
 
I actually forgot about people saying that she's the only hope for the MCU to defeat Thanos. She might actually be strong but not in terms of destructive power. She's just able to hurt Thanos and make him shed more blood than Thor and Iron Man.
 
Maybe she is the strongest hero, but only after absorbing energy. It is her shtick in the comics after all.
 
There's been multiple interview quotes with the actresses and Feige about Marvel moving some celestial body. Assuming it isn't a off screen feat that isn't backed up on screen she's probably gonna get some tier 5 feat. Unless the thing is super tiny.
 
Knowing how inconsistant the MCU Thanos might get hits on her (physically) and yeah tier 5 high tiers(if CM moves planets)
 
Judging by one of the teaser images of Avengers 4, she is around the rest of the Avengers that survived the snap, so she might not be that strong.
 
Could be a binary feat rather than base, which may explain a power gap
 
High 5-B Doesn't exist.

But moving planets, depending of how fast it is, could yield between 5-A to High 5-A.
 
Judging from the bad CGI that are shown in the trailer, the possible feat would hard to calc due to the horrible special effects.
 
Pretty sure Disney Money says that the final product is gonna look way better.
 
Black Panther had Disney money but the CGI was still mediocre about half the time

Bad trailer but I love the scenes within it. So for me I'm sure that this will be a great.

Captain Marvel could get pretty powerful with statements like maybe she absorbs the energy of the sun or something of that sort. She'll easily scale to Thanos though in Avengers 4 with WoG and all that
