Doomguy scales heavily above his rating, and seems to have better mobility and weaponry than captain america.

Skill i'd say goes to doomguy. he was able to take down hordes of demons who wiped out platoons of soldiers with the weapons to easily kill said demons, he has dealt with entities that could very easily one shot him (icon of sin, cyberdemon, spider masrtermind)

Doomguy is able to dodge likely up to 100's of projectiles at once due to his crusade in hell. this was all before his night sentinel training, which just improved his skill even more.

Doomguy defeated an entire arena filled with Night Sentinels, warriors who live in a society that know nothing but war. With their experience in combat having been taking down Ancestrals, the predecessors of the Titans without mechs. most if not all the night sentinels were physically far superior to him, and he still defeated all of them.

Doomguy doesn't start with the crucible, it's use is against titans, which captain america clearly isn't.

He doesn't use it as a starting move, but i guess it would be better to restrict his crucible. he'll eventually use it regardless if he doesn't start with it.

idk I feel as if Cap is getting downplayed skill wise here, he's able to hold his own against Thanos, who has 1000 years of experience himself and is able to stomp and outskill Thor, who has many skill feats of his own that put him far above the most skilled soldiers in the world.

Thanos having 1000's of years of experience is dwarfed absurdly by doomguy's experience in this key.

Doomguy has eons worth of experience, which dwarf's both their ages by miles. being 'far above the most skilled soldiers in the world' means nothing compared to a guy who easily climbed the ranks of a society which knows nothing but war, fighting in hell for YEARS on end without stopping, capable of fighting and killing hundreds of demons all at the same time.
